How to use chat to connect to service desk from Microsoft Teams and Chime V5
Our newest version of Chime V5 is a SaaS application that provides an enterprise chat application platform. We integrate directly into Microsoft Teams, include a full CMS for FAQ and KB creation, we route to agents, as well as connect to private Azure ChatGPT service(s) indexed with custom FAQs and KB articles.
