Coconut Pound Cake

This coconut pound cake is one of my favourite pound cake recipes. It’s is delicious! The texture is simply perfection. The coconut flavour is over the top!

Ingredients:
2 cups all-purpose flour
6 large eggs
1-2/3 cups sugar
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup salted butter at room temperature (cubed)
3/4 cup coconut cream
2 teaspoons coconut extract
