7 mini sweet peppers
1 package of bacon (cooked and chopped to small pieces)
1-8oz package cream cheese, at room temp
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
1 - 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (reserve 1/2 cup for topping)
