Almost looks like its just driving over the grass right? You can hear something break along the track at 1:16.
After watching the train switch out the customers in Donna, I got ahead and waited it out in front of Weslaco City Hall. JICSTH - another railfan - was seen down the track with his equipment ready to go, so I kept my distance so I wouldn't be in the shot. #5275, #5579 & #5121 roll past Illinois Ave with a good-sized train and #2733 bringing up the rear.
The track between Texas Boulevard and Garza Street literally has no ballast, just pebbles and mud with the ties sinking in. Good spot to watch the cars have a Harmonic Rock downtown (International Boulevard & North Mile 2 West is another good area).
