So on the final day of KCS operations, I decided to pop by and take a look at the activity between Robstown and Corpus Christi...unfortunately not so much. Not even 15 minutes after arriving from Raymondville does the M-SZCC (with BNSF ES44AC #5924 & CSXT AC4400CW #403 pull into Robstown from East Spear. KCS MOW was performing maintenance on the interlocker so that explains the slow speed and constant horn honking.
As this video was recorded, a fire began to the right of the screen and grew uncontrollably to the point of the fire department being dispatched to the scene. I hope everyone was okay.
