Fully 3D Printed Custom RC Car - Design, Build, and Driving Test
This is my nineteenth RC video! This was my first attempt at an RC car project! It started off as a school project and I ended up documenting my design process and initial build to share with everyone. In this video, I go over the mechanical design for the front steering system of the RC car which contains two MG90S servos (which are just metal gear versions of typical SG90 servos). I also explained how I made a durable rear axle driven by one perpendicular motor that was fully 3D printed besides the supporting bearings. Then I show a general assembly for these parts and take it out for a little offroad test drive!

The Chassis and all of the other moving components were 3D printed out of PLA (Lime green, light blue, and grey colors) and the darker blue wheels were printed using a transparent blue TPU 3D printing filament.
