The extended wallet is the best wallet in the game because it can hold up to $10,000 dollars which is almost double the next best wallet - shark skin. To craft this wallet, all you need is Horn Hide obtained via the quest "Path of the Hunter". You can unlock this quest by liberating "Camp Murder" which is just North of Bad Town. Pick up the quest, grab the provided shotgun (make sure its fully loaded) and shoot yourself a buffalo!
