Edited to reduce the frequency of fast-forwarded clips (there are now 2-3 fast-forwarded clips as opposed to 5-8) during certain segments per viewer feedback, adjusted font colour at certain points, added some new instructions where they were warranted thanks to the extended run time, and finally extended and corrected existing instructions where necessary.
