How to prep floral foam -
If you’re making DIY floral arrangements, floral foam is one tool you might want to use to keep your flowers hydrated! We particularly like to use foam for things like arches, where the flowers will be outside in the hot sun for a number of hours and the hydration will help keep them looking peak!
It’s important to let your foam naturally sink into the bucket of water. If you force it down, empty air pockets will form that don’t contain water - making dry spots throughout. The foam uptakes water very quickly, so you’ll only be waiting a few seconds for this process.
