[Devil's Whiskey Pork Curry 】
Pork shoulder loin...350g
Salt and pepper...to taste
Whiskey...50cc
Oil...1 tablespoon
Cumin seeds...1 teaspoon
Onion...250g
Salt...pinch
Ginger...10g
Honey...1 teaspoon
Water...650cc
Glico Zeppin...1/2 box
Garlic...1 clove
Butter...15g
Chicken stock...2/3 teaspoon
Oyster sauce...1 teaspoon
★Flavor-changing magic!
Marinade 350g pork shoulder loin in salt, pepper, and 50cc whiskey for 30 minutes.
Fry 1 teaspoon of cumin seeds in 1 tablespoon of oil, stir-fry the meat, and remove from the heat.
Salt 250g onions and fry until golden brown. Add 10g of ginger and stir-fry. Return the meat to the pot and add 1 teaspoon of honey, 650cc of water, and the meat marinade. Bring to a boil and simmer for 20 minutes.
Mix 1/2 box of Glico Zeppin, 1 clove of grated garlic, and 15g of butter. Add 2/3 teaspoon of chicken stock and 1 teaspoon of oyster sauce. Bring to a boil and it's done.
