Shishito Peppers...2 packs (150g)
Sesame oil...to taste
Perilla Leaves...20 leaves
Soy Sauce...2.5 tablespoons
Water...1.5 tablespoons
Sugar...1 teaspoon
Ajinomoto...7 shakes
Chimi Togarashi...to taste
Sesame Oil...1 tablespoon and 1.5 teaspoons
Grill 2 packs (150g) of shishito peppers in sesame oil, wrap them in 20 perilla leaves, and marinate in a mixture of 2.5 tablespoons soy sauce, 1.5 tablespoons water, 1 teaspoon sugar, 7 shakes of Ajinomoto, Chimi Togarashi, and 1.5 teaspoons sesame oil.
