How to replace Lexus GS 400 alternator. Mine made it 22 years and 130k miles. I remove the 2-week old Autozone remanufactured alternator that failed on me and install a Denso remanufactured alternator. A fairly straightforward job with very few complications. Over a month later the Denso alternator is still working with no issues. Autozone took the failed alternator and checked out if it was good or not on their test bench and tested good... I'm afraid they just keep putting the bad ones back on the shelf. BUY DENSO!
