Anti-Burnout Adder V2: 7 Ticks for 8 Bits w/ Carry In
I've made some modifications to my anti-burnout adder. This time it's faster, has a carry-in, and is 8 bits!
Important Note! Due to comparator timing issues in 13w06a you'll need to use this in 13w05b. Hopefully the comparator timing bugs will be fixed again soon!
