POE leveling as if league start Hexblast Mines before 3.22
This my PoE build testing before POE 3.22 where I test Hexblast mines.
Do note that this may not be the most effective setup for the skills as I use the gear I find.
Also remember to check Patch notes for any changes.
It seems to be a good and easy league starter.
