POE leveling as if league start Freezing Pulse & Ice Spear Totem before 3.22
This my PoE build testing before POE 3.22 where I test leveling Freezing Pulse and Ice Spear Totems.
Do note that this may not be the most effective setup for the skills as I use the gear I find.
