Test to Failure - Designing Better Mass Timber Buildings
The Forest Products Laboratory is partnering with Oregon State University, Arup, and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency on a long-term project to study fire behavior in mass timber structures. Recently, the team completed a month of testing full-scale structures at the Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms Lab in Beltsville, Maryland.
