Tutorial Base EN: K2 Base hangs or shows error messages - refresh and clear browser cache
In this video we show you how to clear the cache of your browser if K2 Base hangs, views are not loaded correctly or error messages are displayed.
First of all, you should of course try the reload or refresh function of the browser. This can be done by clicking on the refresh button in the interface or by pressing F5 on the keyboard. To be on the safe side, you can also press the shift key (Shift+F5). This clears the cache for the current page or Base.
