Noticed some black frames showing up in the video, and I think I know what this issue is. I Frameserve out of Vegas into Avisynth and apparently when the encoder works faster than the data it receives (low buffer) it can cause the black frames (or so I'm told) . Simple fix would be to use a slower preset on the encoder, which would also give a slight quality and compression increase.
