Diablo III: RoS - High CDR / Fire Tempest Rush Monk Build
With the announcement of horadric caches & blood shards scaling with torment difficulty, the usefulness of this build is somewhat diminished. So I figured I would show what a full rift clear with my current gear level (which has room for improvement) looks like on torment 1.
