I feel a bit dumb for just figuring this out after owning a Hydrasynth for a bit now, but the ARP + the Ribbon in Theremin Mode both work simultaneously!
Settings: Press the Ribbon button then enable Quantize, Key Lock and set your scale accordingly. Use the ARP as you normally would (Latch and ARP on buttons lit... That's it more or less.
