Moumou La Reine des Mouettes
I went to the famous Delirium Cafe in Brussels to drink some beer and talk to Belgian locals and tourists about what makes the Belgian bar scene so special and different. I didn't really get an answer to my question, in fact I didn't get to the question at all, but I DID get treated to a spontaneous performance of "Moumou La Reine des Mouettes," a French song taken from a poem about.... seagulls. So, maybe my question WAS answered.
