How To Make A Belgian Beer
In 2016, World of Beer sent me to Belgium to visit Chouffe. I had no idea I'd be staying at a beer-themed bed and breakfast which was also home to Belgium's smallest brewery -- Brouwerij Interpol. My hosts, Tine and Pol, are a husband and wife who run the property and the tiny brewery, with Pol doing the brewing and hosting guests in the small, attached bar next door.
If beer heaven exists, this might be it.
