And which kinds of data need extra protection? SUNY Oswego is obligated by law to treat certain kinds of data more securely than others, and it’s important to learn how. In this session, you will learn about the different categories of data sensitivity at SUNY Oswego, and what not to do with certain types. Some important general principles for handling data are covered, as well as some specific guidelines and actions that can immediately be put to everyday use.
