Easy tips to help you avoid makeup mistakes over 40. Easy, everyday makeup to enhance your beauty without looking overdone.
Start with moisturizer, of course. Hydrated skin makes makeup last longer. Then apply concealer to the dark circles and blend it in by tapping it in with a fingertip brush. Tip: Don't use too much product to avoid creasing and accentuating your expression lines.
Next, move on to foundation. Spread it all over your face with a brush or your finger, blending it evenly. You can even apply it to your neck.
For eyeshadow, I opted for earthy tones, like brown. Besides being elegant, it's a great alternative to a basic look.
I use an eyelash curler. I heat it up a bit with a hairdryer to add volume to my lashes; it looks beautiful! Blush and lipstick finish.
