I had a Wyze Cam v2 installed on my window sill facing towards my driveway. I used a weather resistant case to protect it from heat and rain. It had been working pretty well for the past 4 months or so with no issues. But I wanted to replace it with Wyze Cam v3 mainly because of it being IP65 weatherproof rating, and excellent night vision.
The replacement was very simple, thanks to the tripod mount hole on Wyze Cam v3. All I had to do is to remove the v2 and replace it with v3. This video can also help you if you are trying to install Wyze Cam v2 on a window sill.
