1 tbsp olive oil
1 chopped red onion
2 finely chopped garlic cloves
2 grated carrots
250g grated mushrooms
1 tsp Paprika
1/4 grated nutmeg
1 tsp ground allspice
1 tsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1 tbsp chopped fresh thyme
1/2 tbsp chopped fresh sage
175g chopped nuts
100g chopped chestnuts
2 slices of bread, in breadcrumb form
2 parsnips, boiled and mashed
1 egg
50g dried cranberry's
