Wearable Motion Capture System Based on Inertial Sensing and Visual SLAM Technology
I've proposed wearable motion capture system by using IMU sensors.
This system can enabled us monitoring human motion with out occlusion error. However translation of user cannot be measured with few IMU sensors, this means full body motion capture is necessary to know the spatial position of user.
So we tried to use IMU and Visual SLAM technology together to measure not only joint angle but also spatial position of user.
Finally we achieved to develop the occlusion free motion capture system.
