Sundered - Steel Spine Perk Location
Go to the elevator in the third area and go up 3 levels, to the first green area. Drop down from the elevator platform and go a little to the left, after a bit of a drop you should find the perk. There are some platforms and grapples around it, so corrupted abilities shouldn't be necessary for this.
