Disco Elysium - Getting Merch from Speedfreaks FM
If you fail the Shivers check at the FELD mural twice, you'll get a quest to work with the children of the big sea. During the quest, you'll get to connect to speedfreaks FM on the radio. If your reaction speed is 6 or higher, you will be able to ask for merch and have it sent to the Whirling-in-Rags where it will arrive after the tribunal.
