Buffalo chicken salad
6 oz per serving of cooked chicken (1 full lean)
2 tablespoons franks hot wing sauce (1 condiment)
2 table spoons lite blue cheese (fat)
2 cups salad mixed greens (2 veggie servings)
1/2 cup your favorite veggies: bell peppers, green onion, celery. (1 veggie serving)
1 full lean and Green. 1 lean, 3 vegetable serving, 1 healthy fat and 1 condiment.
