DINKY TOY aeroplane YORK
The YORK dinky toy, its two variants. Dinky model 70A and 704. Made for 14yrs from 1946 to 1960. The actual plane was used from 1943 to 1964. Used for VIP transport post war - Churchill etc. Paricipated in the BERLIN Airlift. Based on the Lancaster bomber - sort of the civilian version - same wing, same Merlin engines
