The Manga That Split Its Audience
Boys Abyss was a weekly Young Jump manga series that concluded last month. Its reception was incredibly divisive, as on one hand readers adored its contents...Whilst others felt betrayed and grew tiresome of it tried to pull every week. This video has multiple aims. From talking about why I believe people were so divided by it as well as to talk about how this manga affected me personally and allowed me the chance to reflect on my own past. While I didn't love Boys Abyss, it was still an emotional experience and for that reason alone, it deserves at the very least a conversation.
