Starting as a cooperative education student in Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from Purdue University, Julie’s career progressed to becoming the chief engineer for the Orion program and now the Director of Engineering. Her career development has continuously witnessed one milestone after another in human space flight. The Artemis program, from planning to execution, is one of the best proofs of the patience and persistence of generations of space professionals, carrying hope and responsibility.
