In Microsoft Teams, you can easily switch your appearance from a light to a dark theme:
Click on the three dots next to your profile icon.
Choose the ‘Settings’ option from the drop-down list.
Click on the ‘General’ tab from the pop-up settings window.
Select the theme you want from the list. In this case, we are selecting the ‘Dark’ theme.
