Rehab Center Provides Aquatic Therapy with Endless™ Pools
For over three years, Jan has been providing outpatient physical and occupational therapy at Rehab for Life. Two dual propulsion Endless Pools equipped with a lift and underwater treadmills create a safe, low impact environment where patients can exercise, improve their mobility, and benefit from the buoyancy of water.
Aqua therapy gives patients a whole new lease on life. Jan explains, “We have a lot of folks who are in so much pain they can’t get the exercise they’re told to get by their doctor, but in the aquatic environment you don’t have that pain.”
Patients are thrilled with the results of their aquatic therapy, and so is the staff at the center. “Just to be able to see people get better is transformative to all of us. We all go through their journey with them and we’re better for it.”
