Unique Facility uses Endless™ Pools for Human and Canine Hydrotherapy
Jan dreamed of opening a clinic in her hometown of Evansville, Indiana that focused on physical and occupational therapy for humans and included aquatic therapy for canines.
Patients at Rehab for Life benefit from aquatic therapy in two dual propulsion Commercial Endless Pools built at wheelchair height for easy access, with a lift and underwater treadmills.
Jan loves seeing how patients are transformed by their time in the water. “Even if they don’t know how to swim, once they get in and feel the positive effects...their whole attitude changes...our patients start to feel more control over their pain.”
At the Canine Aquatic Center, dogs benefit from the buoyancy effect of the water as they exercise, gain mobility, and heal post-surgery.
