What do employees think about emergency saving via workplace payroll?
In this video, we spoke to employees in our payroll savings trials to understand their experience of the savings tools and the impact on their financial resilience so far.
The Jars sidecar saving tool is being trialled with participating employers BT, ITV, Stepchange, Timpson and the University of Glasgow. Salary Finance is the trial’s technology partner, providing the Jars tool. We are also working with SUEZ recycling and recovery UK and their credit union TransaveUK to trial an opt-out approach to payroll saving. Together with academics from Harvard and Yale Universities we’ll assess the effectiveness of the approaches.
