Some typical use of Shoulder-Butts, as a strike and as a "bump", and Head-Butts in Dirty Boxing. Of course, you use the shoulder on a smaller opponent, and the head on a taller one, as a general rule, but I demonstrate both on my training assistant who is taller than me in this case.
