This is an atypical Dirty Boxing destruction using the Elbow against a straight punch and keeping the same configuration to defend the hook and enter. The Follow up is a Sinawally motion, similar to the use of weapons in Filipino Martial Arts.
Notice the High-Low-High with the Hammer to the solar plexus and the application of the Half-Bit principle. Yeah, a lot going on, actually.
