Getting a Hitchhike from a Drunk Driver
Here's a story of the time I messed up while hitchhiking on the Appalachian Trail. As the title reads, I made some big mistakes and stupidly entered the vehicle with a man who was drinking and driving. I hope this video is helpful to anyone planning a long distance hike or anyone who is traveling around and plans to hitchhike. Please learn from my mistake. I also want to note that this was not my first hitchhiking experience so perhaps I became a little too comfortable with it...always keep your guard up and trust your gut when you're getting a ride with strangers.
