How to:

You will need a shaker
Add blended scotch- 2 oz | 60 ml
Squeeze lemon juice - 3/4 oz | 20ml
Add fresh ginger juice - 1/2 oz | 15 ml
Add honey syrup - 1/2 oz | 15 ml
Add ice and shake
Strain over ice into a chilled glass
Layer Islay single malt scotch - 1/4 oz | 10 ml
Garnish with candied ginger
