ginger ale - 15 oz | 450 ml

Lemon juice - 1 oz | 30 ml
Honey syrup - 1/2 | 15 ml
aquafaba or cocktail foamer 3 dashes
Aromatic bitters - 2 dashes
Add ice
Shake
garnish with dried lemon and mint

raspberry jam - 2 spoons

honey -1/4 oz | 8 ml
