4IM: Job Shadowing to Leap Forward
4IM is a 30-month project led by the Municipality of Miskolc, Hungary, with the aim of instigating changes to the city's employment and social services and subsidy structures to make them more accessible to the most vulnerable groups.
During the period November 2021 - June 2024, the project seeks to test an innovative integrated service package in two disadvantaged neighbourhoods. The project addresses a long-standing problem: helping the city's most marginalised people access adequate support for financial and labour market integration while reducing the risk of poverty.
