In this vid I cover the Distilling and Taste Testing of my Cornflakes Whiskey.
There was a great deal of waiting for sediment to settle in several stages of doing Part 2, but the end result was worthwhile.
I decided to make cuts in the Tails early to give me a better quality end up product. I ended up with 4 3/4 bottles (3.5 ltrs). I could have easily increased this volume by allowing more tails into the final product but I was chasing quality not volume.
