How I Make the Cut on both a Reflux and Pot Still
Everyone has a different way of doing a distill cut, this is my way.
I choose to have a refined cut that discards a considerable amount of Foreshots, Heads and Tails.
There are those who choose to discard very little (my brother included) and that is OK. In the end you are doing this for your own benefit and if you like the way it tastes, the distill was a success.
