One of our staff members was playing arm wrestling after work and suffered a humerus shaft fracture.
As a therapist, this is one of the activities we should never engage in, but I never expected to break my arm, and I'm reflecting on this experience.
I uploaded this video as a warning to other therapists.
I also received permission from the injured staff member, who said, "If this video helps prevent therapists from making the same mistake (as a warning), please upload it."
Since this was an amateur arm wrestling match, there were likely many dangerous aspects, such as poor form, but I hope this video will be of some help to you.
