Kerbal Space Program 2 is the perfect mix of scientific insight, thorough calculations and experimental guesswork.
As ardent fans of the series, Star Theory seems to know what its cyber-spacefaring audience wants anyway.
This time, your imagination really seems to be the only limit.
When you put together the first rocket, it immediately feels like the previous game, but you immediately notice that it is a lot nicer.
However, that also has the consequence that as soon as you bring the rocket to the launch pad.
The game can simulate everything from gravity to fuel consumption much more precisely, but that also takes a lot more computing power. In addition, it all looks much nicer and your GPU also has to work harder, but that is no longer a problem nowadays, right?
One of the biggest improvements in Kerbal Space Program 2 Early Access is the tutorial.
This was almost absent in the previous part, but this time there is a real training center.
In the current version, we were explained the basics of everything related to rocket technology through fun videos and guidance from a cheerful Kerbal.
Some training courses, such as building, are interactive so that you immediately learn by doing. This is a big plus since one of the biggest problems with the series was that new players could be overwhelmed.
This will hopefully open the doors for many new rocket engineers to explore Kerbal space.
