General Precautions:
Always wear appropriate protective gear such as gloves and safety goggles when handling the cleaning solution.
Ensure the ultrasonic cleaning machine is turned off and unplugged before starting the cleaning process.
Avoid submerging electrical components or items with delicate parts that may be damaged by water or ultrasonic waves.
Preparing the Cleaning Solution:
Obtain ESLOC USC 2 ultrasonic cleaning solution.
Fill the ultrasonic cleaning tank with water, leaving enough space to accommodate the items you want to clean.
Add the tank's ESLOC USC 2 cleaning solution to make a 3 percent diluted solution. The three percent solution is achieved by mixing 30 ml of ESLOC USC 2 cleaning solution in 1000 ml of water. For example, mix 90 ml solution if the tank is of 3 liter capacity. Mix the solution gently to ensure it is evenly distributed.
Cleaning Spectacles:
Remove any removable parts, such as nose pads or lenses, from the glasses frame.
Place the glass frame and removable parts into a suitable container or cleaning basket.
Submerge the glasses into the ultrasonic cleaning tank, ensuring the solution fully covers them.
Turn on the ultrasonic cleaning machine and set it to a gentle cycle, usually around 2-3 minutes.
Once the cycle is complete, remove the glasses from the tank and rinse them with clean water. Dry the glasses using a soft cloth or allow them to air dry.
