Sonic and Tails in this cover are both a representation of Yuji Naka and Naoto Oshima. The cover itself is mainly based on old SEGA commercials, especially the Genesis Does What Nintendon't.

Mario's Madness is a mod directed by Marco Antonio The mod is centered around Mario.EXE; a creepier version of Mario from a well-known piece of artwork from DeviantArt. It also features a few other appearances from other official and unofficial horror-based Mario characters.
