snow blower won t run
This is a common issue with several of the electric snow blowers out there that have collapsible handles. There is a switch that disables the snow blower if the handle is down, and it can break or malfunction. Replacing or repairing the switch is fairly easy, or you could just bypass it if you wish. Bypassing the switch could be dangerous so do it at your own risk.
